Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, and safely packaged. Since all pieces are vintage, we ask that they are handled carefully.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Normal vintage wear, patina, or age-related marks that are described in the product listing are not considered defects.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item.
Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and safely packaged.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
