Do you accept returns?

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is in its original condition, unworn and unused.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


Can I exchange an item?

Yes. The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

If the parcel itself arrives damaged, please take photos before opening it and report the shipping damage directly to the carrier (PostNord / DHL / your local postal service), as shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier.
We kindly ask you to notify us as well so we can assist if needed.

Vallins Vintage is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier during transportation.

 


Are all items vintage?

Yes. All pieces at Vallins Vintage are genuine vintage items.
This means they may show natural signs of age or wear, which are always described and photographed. These characteristics are not considered defects.


Can vintage wear be returned or complained about?

No. Normal vintage wear (such as patina, small scratches, or age-related marks) is not a defect and not grounds for return or complaint.


How long does shipping take?

Sweden: 1–3 business days
EU: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal services.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Customs or import fees may apply depending on your location.
